Google_hints. against tos or not?

I just discovered google_hints and they have worked wonders for me.Someone however suggested they may be aginst Googles TOS, I can't seem to find out for sure though.Does anyone here know for sure if they are against Googles TOS?

AFAIK, they are only allowed for premium publishers.

And as it's against the TOS to change the Adsense javascript, I suppose you are violating the TOS here....

I believe the above post is correct though - you're manually tampering with the AS code, which is against the TOS.

It's against the TOS, unless Google allows you to use it.
