One Adsense ad shows image ads and the other shows text.

Both ads use the exact same code

I have one wide adsense ad on top of my page and another on the bottom.

I put the one on the bottom more recently.

However, the code for both ads is the exact same since I requested text and image ads. Yet, the bottom ad is almost always (maybe always) an image, while the top ad is always text. I would prefer the other way around.

I mean I selected text or image in each ad so I assume that means it will change between text and image. But One ie always text and the other always image.
