Congrats, dhigger - we just started breaking the $1 mark on a daily basis within the past couple of weeks. Again, small potatoes to most here - but it feels so exciting! Like a snowball about to roll down hill and pick up size & momentum along the way ....

My aim was to have enough cash from my site to buy a DVD each month. I can do that now!

I started off with the same goals as you, all I wanted was to be able to pay the hosting fees for my hobby. (Like many of the 'big' guys here)

Now I am earning a nice little extra income which buys me new 'toys', which I earn from my hobby.

If you stick at it, you can also buy yourself some toys, and hopefully later a lot more!

Today is also a breakthrough day for me. Someone relatively important linked to my site and my page impressions went from ~300/day to 1400 and counting.

I wish I knew how to keep that momentum going as I'm sure my traffic will dip again tomorrow. My site only three weeks old and not yet indexed by Google, so I'm hoping that will give me a lift when (if) it comes.
