Well, I saw an offer of traffic from expired domains. 100-150 for 25.000 visitors. Is this ok with the ToS and a good business?

You have to remember that expired domain traffic, means the user was EXPECTING to go to another site, instead they were directed to you. I for one, won't even look at a site that uses this technique to acquire users.

Sounds too good to be true, doesn't it? Check out various discussions here about "bulk traffic" and you'll see that it is.

If your site's content is not related to the content previously displayed on the expired domains then you face problems with bad targeting and bad conversions. I would be giving this idea the big flick.

anton23, company’s that own expired domains, (an oxymoron or the domains wouldn’t work), run ad’s. The traffic is just too valuable to sell. Web sites that offer so called “expired domain traffic” are pretty much all bogus, and simply run automated scripts using public proxy’s to vary IP addresses.
