Can I change the size of the Adsense box?

I am trying to use the 300 by 250 inline rectangle in one of my pages. I have thus far only used the wide skyscrapers on the tops and/or bottoms of all my pages since its easier that way and I am a beginner at web designing. I am using FrontPage to help me in this process since I got it very cheap, although I don't just paste the code FrontPage generates into my pages. I make many simple changes to it.

So, I have made two columns and in row using FrontPage -- The first column has a list of links to all my individual pages throughout the site. The second column has the main content text as well as the 300 by 250 adsense inline rectangle.

However, I am having trouble getting the text to also be on the right side of the inline rectangle in this second column. I have text above and below the rectangle, but don't know how to put text on its right side.

So, I am thinking of putting the adsense code in its own column (and row?). Right now, I have set the fist column to be 20 percent and the second to be 80 percent of the screen. This way, the page looks aesthetically pleasing and proportional irrespective of browser.

If I start messing with the Adsense code and putting it in its own column and row, I will set the width of this new column to some percentage (just like the above 20-80 percentage split between columns right now).

This might change the size of the adsense box?! It could than not really be a 300 by 250 inline rectangle right? Is this okay per the TOS?

Also, if anyone knows simple sites with good adsense layouts of these inline rectangles, please let me know without posting the link here in some way!

Thanks!

No, you can't change the size of the box, either by compressing it or overlapping it. The entire box has to display, in one of the dimensions given in the code setup.
