Is it typical to have a different daily cut-off time, for example yesterday I view my AS account at 2:00PM, the stats where back to zero meaning cut-off time. Then today it was cut-off at 1:00PM (back to zero).
Does it really happen?

I am guessing you are in east Asia? The cutoff time (Google Mean Time) is 12 am Pacific Standad Time PST, you do the maths.

No, it only moves when a clock change, like daylight savngs, happens in either your locale or Google's. PST didn't change yesterday - did the clocks change out your way yesterday or today?

Iam from the Philippines. I always thought the cut-off is 3PM. I have never noticed it moved - certainly not yesterday.

It used to be 4pm here but changed to 3pm a month ago. I'm from Hong Kong which is the same time as Philippines.
