okay so this site has "the best 8 sites" which is just two adsense ads.

That's too funny. What I don't get is that it would take the owner only a couple of hours to populate the site with legitimate links and THEN hit them with the sponsored ones -- or even the sponsored ones on top and then the 8 best sites if the webmaster was bent on capitalizing the money over user experience (not that there's anything wrong with that).

Instead, the site is down to advertising through AdWords for traffic because there is no organic traffic to be had with content-less noise. And that itself is a dicey move because if and when Google gives it the boot the owner will still have to pay his AdWords tab without receiving the money made on AdSense.

No need to go traipsing the net. This kind of ad plagues my site(s) with their MFA crap to the point I spend a fair bit of time blocking their URL's instead of creating content. And it's not the effect of these ads on smart pricing that bugs me - it's that while I don't mind sending the odd visitor away to a worthwhile site or resource, I sure as heck don't want my sites associated with the garbage that these pillocks produce.

Unless someone reports the site to Google and gives them a reasonable amount of time to respond, there's no point complaining about the way AdSense enforces the rules.

that site has no contents at all but the Alexa ranking is 6,720 . And the domain was created on Feb, 2006. How could it possible?

If you have a big enough budget to buy links and PPC ads, you can get a lot of traffic very quickly.

Well, there is thousands and thousands such and similar websites. I guess Google okays them for some reason. They also advertise on Adwords.
