ads same as MFA, block them or not?

These days I've noticed in my adsense preview tool there's lot of "Buy E-book and get rich" ads.

lot of them I've added to my competition list even it is almost full.

One very interesting note is that I've been found one "Buy e-book and get rich" ad with so crappy design and navigation and it has also affiliate section! Weird.

Are this pages pay low per click? What I'd also like to say that these sites have no adsense on it, and the worst thing is my site leaves bad reputation and it looks like scummy site on the clickers of these ads.

Don't know what they pay but you can read your site page where they show up and rewrite any sections Google may be homing in on.

Or, use the ignore tags on those parts of the page if changing them is not an option.
