For example, I have a 200 page site written in English about widget safety. The site has become a good resource and I want to offer that resource to people that speak other languages. Can I add a link to the English version of the site that points to the translated version and get Adsense ads to display in the proper language?
Do I need to create a subdomain? Would I need an Adsense account for each language? (not sure how that would work, looks like only one account per client). Do I need entirely different sites? The goal is to display relevant ads in the proper language for each version of the site. Can this be done?
To confirm Rumbas' other point, please make sure to place the ad code only on pages that are in a supported language, so that you're complying with the program policies.

Does anyone else have any experience with revenue from foreign Adsense ads? Anyone else experiencing what Cyberair is seeing?
Another site, with travel info in Spanish gets tons of ads, many of them, as a matter fact, in English (and some in German).
This isn't a failure of the mediabot, it is because the advertisers are bidding on "all languages", even though their creatives are in another language.
The visitors to the Spanish pages seem to be clicking on the ads nonetheless.
FWIW, there is an "adsense web tool" that you can use to preview what ads the mediabot will generate for your site.
It depends of the content.
