I have all my sites on blogspot (blogger)

I live in india.
I don't use phone support for my site.
I use only free host thats blogger
I use only free services.
I don't spent a single peny for my blogs.

Does that makes me eligible for US tax?

Please reply soon.

No. You live in India, so pay taxes there.

Even if you were "eligible" for U.S. taxes, how would they enforce this? They aren't going to send an agent to come and get you, or try to extradite you, right?

As long as you pay the proper taxes for your country of residence, there is very little to worry about.

If you make money in the U.S. or receive income from a U.S. source, you may be subject to U.S. taxes. It depends on many factors, including:
1) amount fo income
2) type of income
3) terms of recipricol tax agreement (if any) between the U.S. and your country

You only mention your lack of expenses (which means you don't have expenses to offset income). What about your income form the sites- where does it come from and how much is it (just need estimates- $#*$!, $x,xxx, $xx,xxx, etc.)?

Thaparian, I think you mean "liable" not "eligible" ;)

Not necessarily, as all Adsensers "receive income" from a US source. Only those who are US citizens or those classed as having a business interest in the US are liable for US taxes.

From the info provided by the OP, he would not come into this category, and would be liable for tax in his home country.

As I understand it

You will have to pay Income Tax on this income in India.

No other taxes currently apply.. although the Honorable Finance Minister has kept things suitably vague in current budget and you may ..I say again, may be liable to service tax ...

Just pay your taxes in India. I know that even if you work in the US (physically)and your employer pays taxes for you, upon returning to your home country you can apply for a tax return from the US Government.

Well, the US-IRS is not so naïf. They retain part of your income at the source (google, the employer) if they had too.

Here's a thought. Anyone know a nice sunny spot with good internet connectivity, a thriving night life, friendly locals and no taxes?

I know its not the UK...

Other option: Dubai

What Lifein Asia said. Plus, to avoid confusion I'm not in Vegas.
