Showing Public service ads on blog, Why?

Hello,
I have just started a blog to see how this adsense works and do some trial and errors for that.

I have singed up for adsense and now i can access the adsense account but i have set up adsense ad from the blogger blog adsense menu for my blog.

My question is why public service ads are there and how can i correct it and would like to know about how can i place the ads between content and can I also place a search box,I want some control over my adsense ads, I am talking about its placement

I have PSA ads on my blog too, but I made the mistake earlier today, I clicked on the PSA banner, will I be kicked out of the program?

I will suggesst you to go and tell google about it before they tell you and kick you out.

This is simple, google will like it that you approached them for the mistake and 99% chance is that they will warn you and will not close your account.
