I recently came upon a very unique problem,.... I bought a website which gets good traffic but adsense has blacklisted them... due to some reason. I tried contacting adsense team to tell them that a new owner was now in charge but to vain. My question is would it be good enough if I have a link pointing from this website to some of my other websites which display adsense so that atleast I can utilize the traffic and maybe earn some money with adsense.. will this be against TOS

can you see why they were banned? presumably it was for fake clicks, but maybe they were doing something that you can correct yourself?

if you clean the site up and re-email google with actual proof that the site has changed hands, then maybe they'll be willing to listen. especially if your other websites are already giving them good business.

I have tried that already as I mentioned earlier and yep my other websites are giving them good revenue.. But my question is if I have visitors from that website will this be against any TOS terms that google has.. I am not redirecting - I will be just placing a link to my other websites with bold anchor texts

I think no one can give you a sure answer except AS staff, and you shouldn't take anyone else's word for something as serious.

That said I see nothing wrong with what you are saying except if/or one of your other sites exhibits suspicious activity warranting a manual review and that domain comes up as a major referrer of traffic, you then have even more explaining to do than usual and your chances are worse too.

If I were you, knowing what you do, I would run that domain as a separate entity with other advertising networks and away from any other website I have and keep my operation clean of any suspicion.
