Only PSAs for the last hour?

I have only seen PSAs on my sites and those of others for the past hour. It seems very peculiar. I usually never get PSAs for my main pages, now every ad is for Hurricane Katrina aid. Anyone else seeing this? My ad impressions are also way down today, not sure if this is connected...

Google appears to have had problems with servers yesterday, you could be getting spin off from that

I was just searching for an explanation for my disasterouse low CTR in the last hour.

After checking the stats, I looked on one of my sites and found normal ads.

So this thread seems to be the explanation for the very weak begining of the day.
