Payment in Google shares? :-)

I wonder if we could get this feature in the future?

Pre IPO shares, sure, but post IPO you'd be better off buying them yourself.

G, How about allowing us adsense publishers to buy shares at pre-IPO prices. We are in a sense part of the team. ;)

Shak,

Nothing like a good laugh first thing in the morning!

It sets the tone for the rest of the day.

Didn't work out to well for Captain Kirk.

But it did work for Kirk. He got pre-IPO shares that, after the IPO, were worth over $20 million. His problem is that he didn't sell them when he had a chance. Greed will get you every time. If Google were to give me pre-IPO shares (fat chance of that ever happening), they would be sold as soon as legally allowed. Something about “A bird in hand is better than....”
