My question is for those who primarily use FrontPage for their web design work. Is their any place on the web with lots of examples and instructions on using FrontPage along with Adsense on a website?
Does anyone have a website link in their user profile that uses Adsense and FrontPage that I can check out as an example.
Mostly, I want to get good code via FrontPage (and I am smart enough to remove a lot of the unnecessary junk that FrontPage might add) while I make tables without viewable borders -- i.e., tables just to position the Adsense ads in different places and under different formats.
I also want all my links in the left side of the screen in a column, so I assume that it will be easy with FrontPage if I make a three column table (one for links, one for content and one for Adsense code in skyscraper format)?

That's precisely what I've done on one of my sites. It works flawlessly. Just go into the Frontpage code and copy the Adsense code into the desired column. You may also need to adjust column width, but that should be the only adjustment needed.
It will serve you to learn to use the tool, not just borrow other people's templates and it's not that hard to use MSFP, especially if you are using tables.
Not that I would advise you to continue using tables . . . (Hint: WebmasterWorld also has a CSS forum that is one of the best, if not the best, I've seen.)

You don't need the FrontPage extensions on the server to use include files or shared borders.
You do if you want things to work in harmony and to minimize site management. Especially when it comes to new users of FrontPage. They won't have the same technical expertise that you do and will need to rely on those extensions for quite a few things, including shared borders.

I've saved a lot of time on publishing site changes since I got rid of the server extensions. Also, you're assuming that everyone here will have "new users" editing and uploading pages. That isn't necessarily the case.
Obviously, different site owners will have different needs. (And, starting in 2007, FrontPage will be replaced by new products anyway--but that's a topic for another forum.)

Ah, but I was addressing the original statement from serengeti where they stated this...
I finally got Frontpage real cheap and now don't need to do much web design coding myself (especially tables and positioning) since I never liked it.
I'm not too certain they are ready to bypass the extensions and do this "your" or "my" way. If they are using the WYSIWYG features to their fullest, which they probably are, those server extensions will be mandatory.
FrontPage in it's current form will be around for quite some time after the new product releases. Heck, I've still got a copy of FrontPage Express that I use on occassion. Just for nostalgic reasons. ;)

I've probably got a copy of FrontPage 1.1 somewhere in my office. I'm not sure that I'd be willing to go back, though. :-)
