Hello,
I am a newbie too, but I can suggesst some useful tips to get traffic to website, one simple way is pay for traffic and get that but if you want it to be free then submit articles to article directories and you will get traffic in three figures.

As well as do not forget to submit your site in serach engines for free.

Goog Luck!

The best way to kick start traffic is to get into existing forums/sites/etc where there's already a lot of people and talk to them... and frequently mention things like "I have an article about {something} on my WWW site - you can see it {here}"

A few dozen of those and you'll start getting people visiting via the forum/site searches and then google will start picking the association up and start directing people to you too.

It takes time and effort.

Paul.

Hi,
Here's what I think you should do. Since your website is new it will be some time before you start getting visitors.

Set aside 1K for an adwords account and set up the landing page url with a parameter?refer=adwords after the URL or something. Now set up an adwords URL tracking. See if you make a profit and then continue if you do.

Also please do report back here as this is something that MFA's do - of course your website gives good information but it will be interesting to know if you made any profit that way.

Regards,
R

Firstly create a good website. The one that you have posted is pretty bad, with terrible English. I'm not sure if Google would let you keep your account if they checked it out.

Like some others have said, you need to build traffic by purchasing advertising, or by other affective marketing strategies...(i.e. build great content first, word of mouth, Adwords, building inbound links)

By the way: Although you did not post a valid URL to your website, site names and links are against the WW TOS. The mods will probably remove it soon.

Welcome to WW.

Firstly, if you want to be a serious player then start a proper site rather than a blog. On a serious matter such as the world of finance, people are much more likley to read news/information on stocks on a site rather than a blog, unless of course, you have a reputaion of being a market expert, who has track record of beating broader market returns year on year like Mr Buffet or Mr Bolton - to use a couple examples.

Now to getting traffic, I would advise you to get relevant links i.e. by submitting to finance directires and requesting links with other finance sites. You definately have a good chioce of topic as many people are calling this the "Indian Century" and the stock market will no doubt create tremendous wealth for many investors.
