CPM ad on my website advertising Adsense!

This just ran on my website as a CPM Text ad, instead of four targeted ads:

Google Ads For Your Site - Enhance your users' experience and earn money with Google AdSense. www.google.com/adsense

It was in huge letters.

What's up with this? Anyone else seen this?

Google pays for advertising on its own network as well. It was just another paid ad.
