"Total Earnings" custom report?

is it possible to create a custom report of TOTAL earnings (adsense for content + referrals + search)?

I dont see a way to do this.. is it possible?

I don't use Adsense/Firefox referrals, so I'm not sure how those are calculated.

But Adsense for content and search stats are both included in the earnings.

under the 'Advanced Reports' section you can setup reports, have them emailed to you etc. I want to create a report that can be emailed daily, that shows total earnings (AdSense for Content + Referrals)..
When creating an advanced report, you must choose between EITHER AdSense for Content OR Referrals - but not both - how can i set this up?

The daily earnings page does show total earnings, and you can view it by day/week, etc - but you cant have it automatically emailed.
