i believe you may put up to 4 ads on a page.
3 regular ads and 1 text ad.

How does the code relate to the thread topic of how many ads you can have on a page?

You can have three ad blocks and one adlinks unit on the page. However, there is a viewpoint here (backed by personal experiences) that having multiple blocks can reduce your income, allow MFA's through the back door and consequently get the entire account smartpriced. It may be an idea to read some of the recent threads on the topic of multiple blocks, and if theya aren't all working for you, or you are only seeing junky ads in them delete them.

you can use three ad blocks and one adlink at maximum. but in my exprience one ad block is the best. If you use more than one ad block you will let MFA's to appear in your pages and smart pricing will kill your earnings.

you will let MFA's to appear in your pages

You mean PSA (Public Service Ads) not MFA (Made for AdSense), I guess. If what you really mean is "ads by MFA sites", they can bid high enough to appear in the first ad block too. If you want to get rid of them, filter them.

But if I use Something like this CODE Is OK?

You can use iframes, but why would you? You will most probably have targetting problems. Instead, use SSI or php includes.
