"image and text ads" = text ads with images as alternative?

is this the case? if so its good with me but sucks for those who want image

I don't want images, so I use only "text" but are you saying there's not an "image" option for "image only?"

Might be something to suggest to the Adsense team, if not.

I have to assume that there just isn't enough image inventory to have an "images only" option.

maybe theyd get more advertisers if they didnt put an ugly text under it and messed up the image
