I was using the preview tool on my web site and one of the ad url was [google.com...]

Is Google advertising this?
Is this a paying ad if someone were to click on it?
Has anyone else come across this?

is it 5 cents ad or 1 dollar ad?

I don't think Google would be bidding on the $1 level, they are not that rich you know, and knowing how religious they are about keeping their divisions separate, the poor Google employee managing their campaign is probably guessing all the way and testing to get the best ad rates, clicks & conversion, trying to figure out how Smart Pricing works, and making hard decisions like choosing between CPM and CPC..

You simply get paid whatever your page is worth.
