Am I correct in "ass summing" (me being the ass of course) if 160 x 600 tower is taken over in the middle of a business day by one text ad, that ad beat out all the others in that unit in the auction and is a nice paying click?

or did I run low on ads?

Probably an "expanded ad" which Google's algorithm has calculated will do better in that format than if it had shown all the ads.

Search on the AdSense site for "expanded ads" for more info.

Probably NOT running out of ads.

No I didn't think I was running out.

But is the expanded ad worth the same as a regular ad or more?

Yep,

That is what I thought, more money for the whole block, eCPM up $2 over normal and over all money up. And I have 3 add units per page and the page ends at the fold, plenty of prime area to suck-up I actually rank higher in the SEs than what used to be my competition(a couple of #1s)in certain spots and now there all bidding to get on my page. I love this stuff.

Also I think I have found a way to destroy the MFAs, well at leat some of them, still gathering results.
