Hi I read the Adsense rules and the Copyrighted Material part wasn't very specific. My page is a sports news site and everday I post a new image to go along with my top story. Now I hotwire all these photos from the A.P.

I noticed a website uses photos and has a Google Ad so it must be ok, right? As long as I put in small print "(AP File Photo)" under the picture?

Almost certainly not OK. Did you read the copyright policy for the site you are not only taking the images from but taking bandwidth from? It almost certainly would not allow such a usage,

Do not go by what other sites do. They either have permission or haven't been caught yet....
