I have seen that it is not the best to have Adsense and Inframes. But Im after a more definative answer from some actual real experiences with it.

Google allows you to check a box that says if your page uses a Frameset, but my ad code is in the frameset, not framed content and doesn't seem to be crawling the content.

How does this affect my Ads displayed? It seems that I update the content and the ads don't change.

Have you guys got any tips on how to approach this.

Im beginning to think using the Iframes wasn't the best idea, never used them before and it allowed me to do some cool CSS. Though I suppose I need to make the call, try and get some revenue or not.

AdSense runs ads based on the content on the page where the ads run. If your content is in another frame, AdSense will never sense the content. Therefore, changing the content in the iframe will not change the ads.

Checking the box about being in a frameset means that clicked on adds will open in a full browser window instead of just the frame where the ads are.

I think You use only the IFRAME, because You do not know HTML.

<DIV style=width:455;height:420;overflow:auto>

Here goes the content of Your IFRAME

</DIV>

Checking the box about being in a frameset means that clicked on adds will open in a full browser window instead of just the frame where the ads are.

I think this is incorrect. Unless you are a premium publisher, all clicks on the ads should open in the same full browser window. I think by checking the box as framset, you're telling the bot to crawl the entire page not only the frame where the ad is placed.
