we should start with all basic precautions so if this happen also we should be prepare with our next step.
I don't agree and I don't think this is necessary.
The amount of people that have been kicked from the AdSense program I suspect is absolutely minimal compared to the number in the program. I doubt many of them (if any) were innocent. The TOS seems to me to be quite clear. I think you could spend your time better concentrating on obtaining more traffic rather than panicking about being kicked off.
Is there a particular aspect of the AdSense TOS that concerns you and that we can discuss?
Your question appears to be written in a way that indicates you anticipate it?

Or if it was tricked by blended ads, MFA etc. If you have a genuine well written site that does not hide ads, but does review products well or offer genuinely useful information then you should get good epc. If you are a mfa with a adsense trap, conversion is unlikely so you get paid peanuts! Works for me!

Also, follow the Google terms of service and policies regarding content on your website.
Don't put "support this site" or any text above the ads that could incite people to click.
But really, read and memorize Google's policies and you should be fine.
If you get banned, politely email Google and try to find out why, and maybe you could get back in, but probably not. It's just a risk that you take.
Good luck.

It's unlikely that Google is looking to get rich by stealing $200 you "rightly" earned. I've had a lot of money from Google Adsense over the years. They never terminated my account/s and witheld my money ever.
Rather, email them explaining that you're disappointed and that you feel your site is a victim of a click attack. Say that you're going to revise your website to block ads from IP addresses that your family and friends are known to use. Ask them to reconsider your application when you reapply (maybe in a few weeks).
If you're upset because your site was growing and expanding, that's good. You can use that as a reason for Google to let you back in later. Demonstrate your improvements. Remember, there are a bunch of human beings on Google's end, and they need good reasons to ban websites. Take away their reasons, and they'll feel the pressure to reaccept you.
I only know of one webmaster, but he readily admits that he screwed up and deserved to be banned.
I find it odd that anyone would know so many people who are banned. Sounds like perhaps people in your circle are following bad advice and not understanding the TOS.
Or perhaps if you're all sharing the same computer...
yes i read but i even know many people grumbling taht they r innocent yet they rbanned for no fault of theirs.
Or so they say. :-)
I thought G RECOMMENDS blending ads?!
And what about click attacks? i do nothing wrong on my site, but i've already been hit by one mini-click attack (either that, or some guy with that Michal J Fox 'shakey' disease was in his wheelchair at my site and could not control his clicks) - now i live in fear that some 15-year old kid hyped up on Mountain Dew will think it's funny to click all over my ads and BOOM, i'm out.. is this an unreasonable concern?
I've been on these boards for two years and have seen a number of people banned, and it never happened for the reason you described. The most common reason is clicking your own ads, and even then they ignore the occasional accidental clicks. Others were playing games of one kind or another. In some cases we never found out why a poster was banned, because they disappeared before we could get to the bottom of their case (which I took to mean they'd been up to something, had realized they weren't going to get away with it, and so stopped talking about it).
The ONLY truly innocent webmasters who have reported bans had been the victims of fairly substantial and sophisticated click attacks. There have only been a few instances of that, and I think at least two of those were reinstated.
If you live by the TOS and aren't in a bad neighborhood where the competition is prone to launching a click attach at the drop of a hat, you need not put any worry into the possibility of being banned. Google doesn't ban many people and so far as i can tell, the people who get banned deserved it.
