After placing link ads at the top of my content , my click through rate has gone up 3 fold, and revenue has doubled. This has been consistent over the last month.

What happens after someone clicks one these links. Do further click inside the google link pages count towards the PPC? Are you only paid if someone clicks their way into an advertiser? given my increase in clicks and payout, i'm incline to believe each click inside the link pages is counted.
