First Ad Unit Disappears When I Use More than One

One Ad Unit is Fine. Two Units Not

I can put one adsense ad on my page but when I try to put 2 on it erases the first one for some reason. Any ideas why?

It could be that Google doesn't have enough related ads to display with the content on that page. It happens a lot.
