Adsense & Ebay Auction Affiliate Links On The Same Page

Does anyone know if it is okay to have ebay affiliate auction links on the same page as Adsense Ads?

I've asked the Google Team, but the response was so unspecific - they never mention the words "Ebay links are fine", but instead gave a general re-phrasing of their program policy and TOS.

Yes it is fine, unless you are making the affiliate links look like AdSense ads.

I have a page with adsense at the top and the ebay window that shows 50 closing auctions for my keyword at the bottom. No complaints for it.
