Yikes, Gawdawful big "take this survey" ads all over my site
Of course I've blocked it but how to prevent them?

Not only are they preventing related ads from appearing they look horrible. They stick out like a sore thumb. They are definitely not the professional look I want for my site.
I know I can block things like this but I don't look through my site everyday to see if things like this are appearing. There must be a way to prevent these ads but I can't find it.
