AdSense for Multiple Sites

How do you select AdSense Topics?

I have several sites with a similar 'main topic' but still the sites are different enough to require different AdSense Ads.

I know how to add the sites and how to show the Ads ... but can't find how or where to be able to select different AdSense topics for the different sites.

Can anybody point me to that information?

AdSense figures out what ads to show based on the actual content on the page. No intervention is require don your part. Except, of course, to put the content on the page. :)
