My eCPM average is $0.40 through out the month. The highest i have ever seen it for me was like $0.75. This morning I log in and see it at $1.12. I hope it is all valid.

Even at it's peak, your eCPM is very low. What you should worry about is violating the AdSense Terms and Conditions by posting detailed statistics. Look up article 7 at [google.com...]

21,995 impressions and 140 clicks. Should i worry?

I'd be paranoid if I had such a low CTR and eCPM!

What would you if you were to get 30% CTR and $100 eCPM?

I bet Adsesne are pleased that your stats are rising:-) Don't worry.

Of course you should worry. Your eCPM is catastrophically low. Duh!

where do you get all that traffic from?

I don't think there is such a high interest for audis on the internet to explain 22,000 impressions that you get every morning. It's ridicoulus.

Should i worry

No, this eCPM would be at me a reason for an all out panic.

My eCPM was even higher before all my optimization work starting in February 2005.

Each site has it's natural level of ctr and ecpm. When you have been with adsense a while you will know where your site usually sits on these figures. I'd let adsense run a while and see where your natural levels are. You are a regular reader / poster here so you know where the boundaries are on Adsense TOS. Just stick to the rules, work on your site content and promotion and you'll be fine!

Toldan,
1. I make $4,000 a month from just adsense with my 1%...hahahaha so no i will not stop running my business.

2. My websites have nothing to do with the car Audi and no i dont even drive one and have no interested in them.

Ignore his comments (look at past posts). I would experiment with ad placement, sizes, colors. Your eCPM is very low; However, it probably wouldn't take much to double it.

Maybe this discussion brings him in the UPS club.
