Nude Art and Adsense

I now it is not allowed but when it will be?

I have pretty lot of traffic on my several sites
with original NUDE ART content (photography and drawings).

So - it is even not erotic.
But I agree - it is mature, probably :).

Some time it is explicit but still it is ART.

When and will it be at all possible to use those traffic in adsense program?

Have you seen Michelandgelo's David statute?
It is explicit, it is nude - but it is highest
art possible on this planet.
Rembrand and other renneccanse ARTIST - also nude artist mostly.

I'm not comparing myself with them :)

it is not about brains of adsense or others.. its about the possible misuse of such an allowance.

All adsense prohibits are ads on sites containing:

"Pornography, adult, or mature content"

They don't define this. If you think your site is art and your work is comparable to Michelandgelo (sic), ask Google for a review of your pages.

I have a site with nude art and I asked for a review - they said it was okay. It has paintings and drawings of the female form, naked baby butts :) etc.

When?

When people "get real" and stop considering the human body as something shameful.

It irks me that murder can be depicted without objections, but not a naked body - the subject of a great deal of classical art for good reason.

Anyways, I fully agree that some sort of decent nudity and stuff should be allowed on Adsense sites.
But I also think there should be a TOS statement against pictures of nude WW-members;-)
I promise you folks you like me better as a publisher than as a nude-model!

I read just a discussion in an other forum about the problem.

In the Sims, parts of the human body are pixelated.
This could lead to strange opinions.

For example is in Austria and Germany much advertising for a certain milk chocolate. This milk chocolate is distributed in a violet package. In all the advertising for this milk chocolate are cows violet.

Children in living in big cities have been asked about how a cow looks like. VIOLET was the astonishing answer.

What will children belive next?

That adults have a special skin between the legs always generating a quadratic pattern of different colors?
