Althought I have a somewhat small website it still has a few pages with content on them but I was wondering, does google get mad if you have their ads on pages that dont have alot of content on them?
Why has my CPM jumped up?
Should I take the ads off? If so why?
They say "No Google ad may be placed on any non-content-based pages".
You don't say how much content you have. If you have some content, which is enough to generate correctly targeted ads, Google will probably be OK.
If the content is so little that you just get random ads unrelated to page topic (if any), or no ads at all, they probably won't be very happy with you putting the ads on those pages.

That is the first time I have seen a workable definition of that particular TOS.
Now I come to think of it, it's probably Google's intention too.
It's often quoted as a way of defining MFA sites, but I suspect it has more to do with not messing up the Google targeting algorithm.
