When a site got banned from adsense

Possible to re-apply with new owner?

Hi,

I just come up with some questions from nowhere, but I think it is important to understand.

Case 1: I know that once a site got banned from adsense, there is no second chance. What if this site is sold to another person and the domain name is under a new registrant? Can this person re-apply for adsense?

Case 2: Let's say one of my family member got banned from adsense. I'm using same home address and same computer, but with my name and my own domain name (not the one that got banned). Is it possible to re-apply?

Case 3: Let's say one person got banned from adsense. He/She got a new domain name under their relative or friend's name, but still using the same computer. Is it possible to re-apply?

Sorry if I asked some silly questions guys. But for some reason, I believe that it is possible for a person who got banned from Adsense before to re-apply again in some cases.

What you think?

Give up. Even if you somehow get in, Google will figure out who you are and ban you again. Give up.

There are a few, very few, cases where someone who was banned was able to persuade AdSense to un-ban him. But that's quite different from what you are talking about.

When Google bans an account, they also ban all the sites that are in that account. That site, under new ownership, will still be banned, and the new owner may be banned as well. Also, someone applying from the same address or associated in some way with a banned account will get banned.

None of the scenarios you propose will work, at least not for very long.

Try a different advertising network, and play by the rules the next time.

My site was banned last year because I purcahsed traffic to boost the traffic of my site. Now I moved to a new address, I applied with different address and different email address but same domain name. I was aproved. Well, Hope they don't ban me again. If they do, I'll look for another ads choice.
Adsense let me feel like walking on a string, you always worry when they'll ban you without explanation and second chance.
