I'm under 18. Can my Dad register for adsense for me?

And should I change the domain info to my Dad's name?

a)I would like to register for Adsense.
b)I'm under 18.

a + b = :(

But does the following comply with the Adsense rules?

Is it ok if my Dad registers for Adsense for me?
In other words my dad will get all the earnings from Adsense and pay all the required taxes. Then what's left he would give to me.

If that is ok with google, then:
a) Do I need to change my domain info to have my Dad's name instead of mine.
b) Anything else I should be aware of?

Thanks!

Elijah.

As long as you have your Dad's permission, I think that's the way to go. I wouldn't change anything with your domain registration. You do not have to own the site to register, but only be authorized to act on behalf of the site.

I agree with Blue_Fin, the key is beign legally authorized to act on behalf of the owner... As a minor, you are under the age of majority for contractual capacity, but your dad is not. He would be responsible for complying with the contract and paying the taxes.

I do. :)

Thank you both. Now I can actually earn some money off my site!

Smart businessman you are, Elijah. Get Dad to pay the taxes. Hey, and get him to front you the money you've earned before the checks arrive. Of course if for some reason the check never arrives Dad is gonna feel sorry for you and forgive the debt. Sounds like the deals my kids work all the time.

Hope you're nice to your Dad Elijah,

that's a pretty cool thing of him to do and not everyone's Dad would be so supportive.
