Advertise on this site option

I have opted out of the Onsite Advertiser option yet on the ads on my sites, it shows "Advertise on this site"
I thought I had opted out as it says in My Account: You are not currently subscribed to Onsite Advertiser Sign-Up.
Is there anything else I should be doing or is it an adsense glitch?

I think it takes 24-48 hours to actually disappear, from other posts I've read.

Took a day for it to disappear from my ads
