My lowest clicks -20%
My lowest CTR -25.5%
My earnings +5.4%
The above are based on the averages from 1st Jan - 9th Feb 2006.
As you can see fortunately my EPC has increased therefore I still had a good day, if it hadn't increased it would easily have been my worst earnings day of the year except Jan 1st and 2nd, however it's curiously co-incidental that it should happen on the 9th.
I'm not reading anything into this at the moment, for newer members I am applying 21_blue's Golden Gate analysis:

Did anyone else see similar?
Incidentally I'm seeing no movement in my SERPs.
Please, no "Don't read too much into posts", I'm not doing, I'm on the ball with my analysis and like a little boy like to stand there and compare...notes:-))
I don't really consider a few days or even a week the beginning or end of a trend as small speed bumps happen.
To be fair, OptiRex (who started this thread) made it clear that he wasn't reading too much into what he'd observed.
If February weren't a short month it would be one of my best for earnings (assuming everything remains steady), with 28 days it will be just OK.
All in all... just what most of us expect. Google stats constantly fluctuating in accordance to market variables... We just get a tad nervous when the stats seem a little more out-of-whack than "normal" patterns that we stare at daily...
But I sure hope my eCPM remains at this higher rate!

You may not have seen it, but this was the point of my "seaweed" poem earlier in the week.
If you stand back from the beach and take a wider perspective, you can see the tide coming in and out.
But if you are seaweed on the beach, because you are right in the middle of it you take a different perspective. Sometimes the water is plentiful. Sometimes it dries up completely. And occasionally (at high or low tide) it seems to go to unusual extremes.
Adense income isn't as predictable as the tide, but this ebb and flow of income is still part of "normality" (and sadly it also means that your eCPM is unlikely to stay at high-tide levels).
adsense has had problems the past 3 days. I have seen all across teh internet sites with public service announcements. I have commented on my observations on other posts - - has anyone seen the same?
Yes the PSA's have been out in force. My logs for my psa pages = 156 uniques yesterday
The entire month of Jan my PSA pages came to a total of 120 Unique visitors.
Most of the people who have noticed the onflux of the PSA see them in the early morning hours. And since we all try to keep from viewing our own pages as much as possible were not seeing it in the extent it truely was.
I would have never have even noticed the problem and checked my logs if it were not for some of you guys on this forum.
Edit:Oh and no I have done NO updates in a week and a half so the PSA's were not showing because I had freshly REDID a page.
A part of my brain would prefer to only have monthly stats. On feb 28th you get an email saying: "in february you did $X!", and that's all that matters.
Another part of my brain wants a perpetual wifi connection to the adsense stats, with a "ping" to my brain everytime someone clicks my ads.
It must be left/right hemispheres, or whatever...
