Currently, publishers cannot block ads by keyword or category. The only way to block ads from appearing on your pages is by URL using the Competitive Ad Filter.

ASA, negative keywords would be a great addition to our arsenal. My site gets deluged with ads from online colleges.
While I don't mind them per se, I've been saturated with them, and they drive my CTR down. Being able to block by keyword or category could really help with this.
Just a suggestion.
Thanks again.
I have a site where pages about one content get ads shown for the overall theme of my web site. People search for a keyword, and end up at my page about the keyword, but are delivered ads regarding the overall theme of my website and not about the actual topic of the page.
I use the section targeting, but for some reason, it doesn't seem to work for my site.
Negative keywords would allow me to get rid of the ads that have to do with the overall theme of the site and display the ads that have to do with that particular page while still allowing the overall theme ads to display on the appropriate pages. Seems a win/win to me.
