Yes, it's perfectly "legal".

Thanks spaceylacie
I have some pages selling songs from iTune music store. Does it against rules if I show adsense on these pages?

This would be a good time to read the AdSense Program Policies and their T&C. When you participate in AdSense, it's very important that you know the rules, because once you are kicked out, it's unlikely you'll be let back in.

I confuse about this section if I show adsense on these pages which are selling songs.
In order to avoid associations with copyright claims, website publishers may not display Google ads on web pages with MP3, Video, News Groups, and Image Results.

Make sure that whatever songs you're selling that they're not copyrighted? Selling songs that you downloaded is illegal. Read the TOS.

These songs are from iTune music store, I join iTune's affiliate program to sell these songs.

I've been doing it since I first signed up and that was a couple of months after adsense started. Why do you think it'd be a problem?

"In order to avoid associations with copyright claims, website publishers may not display Google ads on web pages with MP3, Video, News Groups, and Image Results."

According to this, you are most definitely NOT allowed to show adsense adverts such pages.

Why don't you just ask Google. That's the best place to get your answer.

I understand it that I can't do it in any case. I've got some pages with images and music that I own copyright of, pages are DMOZ included, but I wouldn't dare to put Adsense on them because of this rule. Or maybe I could do it?

The T&C looks pretty unequivocal.

I can understand Google not wishing to get near the subject with a 10ft pole.
