I have a list of users that once a month recieves a newsletter from me, about the topic on my site.
Is this a TOS-violation?

I don't ever mention the ads in the letters, but I sure have links going to my www.domain.com where I have adsense.

I read that I was not allowed to send mass-emails to people to generate more clicks... (https://www.google.com/adsense/policies)

Should I do something about this, or am I just beeing to darn paranoid?

The program policies mention "unsolicited mass emails". That is, spam.

Therefore, it seems that confirmed opt-in lists (and of course without AdSense ads in the emails themselves) are probably OK, or should be. Otherwise, AdSense publishers couldn't write newsletters at all.

But as always, instead of just guessing, it's naturally better to verify doubts on program policies with an email to AdSense support.

I've been sending out an opt-in newsletter for as long as I have had AdSense. That's over 2 years. I have not had any problems. I think you should be okay.

thank you.. phew :D
I usaually don't get upset when I find out I may have done something illegal.. but when it's about my adsense account, I really want to do it the right way ;)
Before I wrote my question on this topic, i did send an email to google support, but in my country, they really aren't to quick to respond, i'm talking 1-2 weeks or so. If you get an answer at all.

Therefor I wanted your opinion on it.. also because if you said it was a bad idea to have subscription letter, I would at least have had the time to remove the whole thing, before the google-guys went on an checked my site.. :)

I keep a legit newsletter that people subscribe to & can easily unsubscribe to (no spam) and my website does have adsense ads... I can't see how this could be against TOS.
It's not like the landing page has a big adsense ad and nothing else, it is just a regular page w/ adsense ads on it.
