The server registering and forwarding clicks from Adsense seems to be offline right now, every now and then, at least from Germany's T-Online network. When I click an ad in the Preview Tool, the browser wants to open the click-through address from pagead2.googlesyndication.com, and this server does not respond.

Also, I noticed that ads seem to be not showing, just like during the weekend.

What the heck is going on at Google? The lack of communication towards webmasters is amazing. I'm speechless.

Is it a local thing? Ads on all 3 of my websites are served as usual. Anyone else?

I experience short temporary glitches, i.e. one minute it works, and the next minute its gone again. It may be local, but I don't think my connection is broken as the rest of the Net works like a charm.

Do a traceroute to the pagead2.googlesyndication.com server - it will tell you right away if it is a local problem or whether it times out at Google.
