Google Ads - All text of same color

Recently came across one such MFA site..So, effectively all that I could see there were the 'Ads be Goooogle' at the bottom. Everthing was bright pink. Is such a thing allowed in the ToS?

Are you sure they were all the same color, or perhaps there were just no adds showing and all you could see was the bg color?

Dont know, a big pink rectangle with 'Ads by Goooogle' and 'Advertise on this site' showed..dont remember the site address.

Why, are they illegal?

Just saw this ... No, you cannot do that.

well yes. I tried doing the same on my test page and found that you instead get default colors.
