Google AdSense account Disabled without any reason

My AdSense account Disabled without any reasonable reason.

I have got following letter:

This is absolutely WRONG!
I'm absolutely 100% sure
My account can not be be related to an account
previously disabled.
That can i do? Please help.

It may be that you are telling the truth but a skeptical lawyer might point out that the language you used was curious: "I'm absolutely 100% sure
My account can not be be related to an account
previously disabled."

That's sort of like telling the police, "You can't prove anything!" Well, that's not as convincing as saying, "I couldn't have killed that person because I was in a different country at the time. Also, I really liked that person."

What would have been more convincing is if you had said, "I really don't know what they are talking about since I set up this account myself, I've never had another account, I haven't clicked my own ads, I haven't asked anyone to click on my ads, I haven't engaged in click fraud on another site that I haven't been owned, etc. Not only that, I didn't notice any unusual patterns on my account that might suggest something wrong. This is very odd."

Sorry for the perhaps unkind reply V_are, but I think
Diamondgrl has a point. You make us curious; what evidence makes you 100% sure that your account is not related to any violation of Adsense TOS? We might be able to help you if you tell us a bit more about your account. By the way, I wonder, these huge lists of products on your website, could it be possible that G considers these lists keyword stuffing or non-content pages? Or is that idea to far fetched? And something else; all these pages with text about the products you sell, they seem to be exact copies of other files than can be found hundreds of times on the Internet. Adsense requires original content, not pages that are copies of other pages. Unless of course you are the original author of all these pages and the other 100.000 publishers stole it from you. So Perhaps G considers your sales pages a violation of their TOS?

Google will do a related check based on anything they can idenity you with that account.

Mac address of any computer that has logged into the two acounts
ip address of any computer that has logged into the two accounts
cookie on any of the computers used to log into the accounts
physical address of checks
current/previous ownership of domain names.
mail servers where emails are sent from
ip addres of sites

I expect there is an endless list of things google can check to see if you have something to do with the other account.

I'm pretty sure, their check list is tight.

I have a sneaking suspicion that they may also run a credit check and background check on people. They certainly collect enough information to do so. A credit report would turn up things like a shared address in the past, co-signed loans, and employment history.

If they did, it would show up on your credit report, and half of the adsense publishing universe would have been up in arms about it.

Plus, I do not remember agreeing to a credit check, which I believe is required before they do so.

Jafo, it's possible to do a lot of checks on someone without it showing up on the Equifax radar ;)

But, personally, I don't believe Google do that or have sufficient reason to do that type of checking. They've already got more than enough to track most people (as pointed out by nicidivine).

One day they'll buy a credit reference agency. Then there'll be no escape ;)
