what about viewing your site to see if all works?

I read adsense TOS and didnt find anything wrong with me viewing my site and making false impressions.

Is that allowed or not?

Surely you can visit your own site any time you want. And I wouldn't worry about it until you create thousands of impressions a day. Google is aware that people have to visit their own sites quite frequently for maintenence and other reasons.

And those aren't false impression but normal impressions like anybody elses.

The only thing you're not allowed is to create automatic impressions like with meta-refresh and other reload techniques (but you can use your browsers' reload button of course).
