Google Adsense and Ad-Serving Software?

Advertising softwares that can be used to rotate and track Google Adsense.

I was wondering if there was any advertising softwares/scripts that can be used to rotate and track Google Adsense.

I got AdvertPro but can't seem to properly use it with Google Adsense since it uses JavaScript...also is there any better software someone can recommend?

I believe phpAdsNew can do it.

But from what I see...impossible to track the clicks...

Now I wonder if there would be a use to even track impressions locally on the site...
