Off Target Ads

Google gave me an answer I don't understand -- help, please

I have been getting really off target ads with Adsense lately (its been working fine for two years) and wrote Google to ask about it. They replied that the ads are off target because the spiders are having trouble crawling the pages and are getting the message "You have exceeded the allowed page load frequency."

The word "frequency" apparently causes the googlebot to start delivering ads for frequency testing machines, and the like.

They then gave me a range of ip addresses and user agent titles that I should allow.

But I don't know how I'm supposed to do this.

Help, please.

It sounds like your server is limiting the number of times any given IP can access your pages within a particular timeframe.
