Hi,

I changed all the url's of my site (thousands of pages) and I notice a serious drop in ctr (50%) because Google can't find enough ads to view anymore.

What should I do to get more (relevant) ads again?

Maybe you need to wait a few more days. It may take some time before the targeting is back to what it used to be.

More than likely it will be resolved next time the bot visits. I had a problem with ad targetting on my blog when I first put ads on the new domain this week. I left it a couple of days and it's now serving well targetted ads.

You can sometimes prompt the bot to revisit if you change the ad block to a different block, reload the page. Then replace it with the original ad block. But these issues on new url's normally seem to sort themselves out automatically within a day or so.
