You can make this happen yourself though. Get a bank account with a debit card. Deposit all adsense income into that account and use your debit card to pay your adwords. I am finally making enough where I am going to do this and not touch my adsense income and just pour it all back into advertising my site. And watch that account grow!

sallam -

At this time, publishers cannot transfer AdSense earnings to your AdWords account. However, I'll be sure to pass this feedback along to the product team so that we can consider this option for the future.

Wouldn't that just make the MFA'S owners lives too easy ?

Actually it'll make everyone's life easier. Many a times my credit card gets blocked from other payments and my payment to adwords is not approved.

I have to then wait for the adsense check to arrive - clear the credit card and then pay adwords to restart my campaigns. If this option was available it would make everyone's life easier - even google's - as they will get their payments on time.

It would benefit Google most of all - they would have more AdWords customers. I can also see some people using this to gain a tax advantage (for example, to decrease annual earnings below $600, which is the reporting threshold. I could be wrong about this.)

Unfortunately you are. The IRS considers your receipt of funds and your payment 2 separate transactions, even though you receive the money from Google and give it back to them for another service.

It would be like if you worked at a retail store. You get paid by the store, and then spend your money there. You still have to pay taxes on your earnings.

In the case of Google at least the amount you spend is tax deductible. Advertising is a business expense.
