can you make $$? can you write above it?

Ok, I see that Adsense has little buttons that say things like, "This site monetized by Google" etc.

Can you make money with it? Is it worth it to put it on my site? My site isn't web-related.

Also, I see the buttons seem to draw attention to themselves by encouraging users to click.

Is it OK for me to write above the buttom something like "Make money with your website with Google!" -- or is it against TOS to do any of that?

Yep, that would be a TOS violation, I wrote about this before, this is one instance that should be an exception in the TOS and Google should allow us to qualify & convert people into signing up because we are not paid by clicks or impressions but by successful money earning signups, the idea did not catch fire in this forum as I though it should.

To answer your question, it pays $100 when someone signs up and earns their first $100 and are about to receive their check. Does it really make us money? Too early to tell, it was only released recently and it takes time for the signups to mature and start generating money on their own, maybe someone else here can tell us if they saw that $100 in their earnings?

I have to say this came about two years to late for me. I referred two people to AdSense both of whom have made waaaaay more than 100 in the program. I agree with Hobbs, we should be able to write something like “make money from your site click below for more info”.
