Unusual problem with a site that I sold

About 4 months ago, I sold a site that I had developed over a period of a year or so. I had Adsense ads implemented on some of the pages when I sold the site. The buyer (already had an Adsense account) immediately transferred the Adsense code to his account.

However, last week, I started seeing Adsense impressions from this site showing up in my statistics, which means the new owner must have reverted to the original site code (looks like he may have screwed something up during a design change, and needed to revert to the backup copy of the site that I originally provided).

I have tried to contact the new owner to let him know that impressions have started showing up on my account again, but I have not heard back from him (over a week now).

What should I do next? While it appears that the new owner has not done anything technically wrong with the site, I am worried that somehow this scenario may be against part of the Adsense TOS.

Have you looked at the site code and confirmed that it's showing your account number?

I think only 1 publishers ads are allowed per page as the TOS. I would just contact google.
